    with two twin beds. Another separate staircase leads to the master bedroom with king size bed and
    master bathroom.

  • All of our beds are equipped with luxurious memory foam* mattress toppers for the most comfortable night's sleep ever

We are in the perfect location! Fly Creek is 3 miles from Cooperstown and 7 miles from Dreams Park.
We are around the corner from Fly Creek Cider Mill and 1 mile to Portabellos Restaurant.

Fly Creek House Policies:
•Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
•Cancellation: Deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less
than 60 days, there is no refund unless property can be rerented again.
•All weekly summer rentals are Friday to Friday. Check-in: 4:00 pm. Check-out: 10 am
•No pets allowed on property.
•No smoking allowed in house.
•No Team Parties.
